RAMS 2 BURNHAM JAGUAR BLUES 0
The boys in Red & White were amazing. Battled from the first to the last minute on a glorious sunny day. With the sun beating down on them and the man size pitch draining their energy the Rams stood strong and tamed the Jaguars in style. A clean sheet for Dan in goal who hardly had a decent strike to save, credit to the defence, full back twins Rafael and Fabio, sorry I mean Rayyan & Ridwan! were impressive. Callum and Josh once again were rock solid in the heart of defence. Lukasz in the holding role in midfield fitted in really well. On the wings Sean and Arran worked hard, causing problems for the opposition. In the centre of the park James and Corey owned the midfield, Ollie P upfront a constant threat with his pace. Kasper and Jureme worked hard with the former going close and should have grabbed himself a goal late on.
For the first 10-15 minutes the Blues applied most of the pressure but didn’t really create anything, a quick counter attack saw Ollie P sprint away from the defenders and bury the ball into the net, 1-0. This gave the Rams tremendous belief that they could go on and get a result, also an added incentive to battle relentlessly. A tightly contested first half finished 1-0.
The second half kicked off and again it was the Blues who applied most of the attacking pressure, but they huffed and puffed and couldn’t really get a sniff at the Rams goal, the boys winning every tackle going. Another quick counter, this time Sean making a great run down the right hand side was eventually fouled about 25 yards out. James fired in the free kick which took a slight deflection before nestling into the net, 2-0! The Red & White army erupted with joy! The Blues had no response, the harder they tried the better the Rams defended, we kept possession and continued to create chances going close on several occasions.
A hard fought match, thoroughly enjoyable, worthy winners Beaconsfield SYCOB Rams bring home the first bit of silverware and a trophy for the new cabinet at a refurbished Farnham Park. Not only do the boys go down in history as the first finalists from Beaconsfield at U11's age group but winners as well. A fantastic day and an ecstatic manager given an early Birthday present!
Well done lads and a big thank you to all the supporters who came to cheer us on!

SWOCT Semi Final
Rams 3 South Reading 1
The Rams booked their place in the final of the Slough and Windsor Open Challenge Trophy with a well earned victory over South Reading. We spoke before the match about a good start to the game and the boys didnt disappoint. They dominated the first twenty minutes creating numerous chances, Rayyan getting the opener after a bit of ping pong in the box! The second goal came from a free kick on the edge of the area, Arran took the free kick, the ball was headed off the line and it fell to James on the edge of the box, he smashed it on the volley to make it 2-0. Just before half time an unstoppable strike from the pacey Reading player from over 25 yards out! 2-1. The second half and again the boys in red and white started well. The two goal cushion was restored after a fine run down the wing from Arran who crossed for James to tap home his second goal, 3-1. South Reading tried to get another goal back but the Rams kept them at bay. So another tie against local rivals Burnham and it's the Blues who beat Ascot in the final. Well done boys you truly deserve your place in the final.

Garsington Youth 3 RAMS 4
A thrilling match and a good run out for the lads over in Oxford. The pitch was in good condition albeit not quite level. It was the home side that started the brightest they were first to pretty much every 50/50. The Rams found themselves 2-0 down at half time. Back to the dressing room for some more inspiration me thinks! Not quite as harsh as the Loudwater half time dressing down but fortunately for the Rams had the same effect. A few minor tweaks to the line up..2-0 soon became 2-1, then 2-2, then 2-3, then 2-4. The Rams were rampant and what a comeback. A late penalty conceded by Callum G pulled one back for the home side. In his defence though he was left exposed, midfield were gun ho again, formation appeared to change to 4-0-5 and the lad that ran through was very quick and had just gone past two others! With Callum's record of 3 pens conceded and 3 pens saved/missed this season, 4 out of 4 was just one too many!
Goals from Ollie P, Sean, Corey and James with assists from Callum G, Callum B, Corey and James.
Plenty of positives and plenty of food for thought, the 11 lads that played today made ammends second half for another sleepy start. A big pitch next week at Maidenhead will certainly test the lads stamina, can't wait! C'mon you RAMS!!!

Sunday 6th March
Loudwater 2 Rams 3
The first half was hard fought, with chances few and far between. Although it was the boys in red and white that looked most likely to score. The second half kicked off and soon after a powerful strike from Jureme across the keeper found the bottom corner. Shortly after a fantastic passing move sa Aran unselfishly rolled the ball to Corey for a simple tap in, 2-0.
The home side found a possible way back into the match after a quick counter attack saw Callum slide in to bring down the striker that was running through on goal. Penalty! The penalty was struck too close to Dan in the Rams goal and he made the save. Credit to the home side they didnt let it affect them and got a goal back, 2-1. Loudwater buoyed by the earlier goal pressed for an equalizer and it soon came, the game all square now at 2-2. With minutes remaining on the clock, Olly P made a great run down the right wing, carried the ball into the box and finished superbly with a low shot into the bottom corner.
The win sealed promotion to the 1st Division for the Rams, congratulations and well done to all the boys.

Aston Clinton 2 Rams 0
A disappointing result at fellow title chasers Aston Clinton. The Rams started well creating the better chances and were unlucky not to go one up but it was the home side that took the lead with a soft goal that trickled in past the keeper. The first half finished 1-0, and once again it was the visitors that created the better chances and were denied what looked to be a great goal from Jureme with a header but it was ruled offside contraversially. All the boys did really well trying to force the equaliser but against the run of play the home side broke and got the second goal which killed off the match with minutes remaining. The game ended 2-0 to the home side with Olie G doing well off the bench and top marks for effort all round! Just 1 game to go away to Loudwater.

Rams 4 Marlow Royals 2
A bright start from the home side on a wet and windy day at Farnham Park. Early goals from Arran and a deflected effort from James saw the Rams go into the break 3-0 to the good!
Second half again was all SYCOB. We could have scored many more goals. Arran made it 4-1 after some good work from Olly G, James and Juremen and a great strike for the top goal scorer who continues his rich vein of form! But as the 11 boys that made it today started to tire the visitors got a goal back after a quick break through the middle. The fine strike past Dan in goal who was left totally exposed, 4-1. Soon after a penalty was awarded after Jamie instinctively handled the ball in the box. The ball was burined in the bottom corner leaving Dan in goal no chance of getting to it! The match ended 4-2 to the home side and a vital 3 points in our last home league game of the season! Well done lads.
