The first half wasn't the best half this season. We started with a blow to our confidence, the Thames Valley team scoring within 10 minutes, but the Bulls kept on going.
After a big mess-up in the Thames Valley defence, I hit the ball with the outside of my boot. It spun into the box, hit a defender and went into the bottom corner of the net (I'll claim it!)
At half time it was 1-1.
The second half was a better performance. A whole heap of goals in the second half.
Everybody deserves a mention...
Janni: Unlucky to let in the goal. Apart from that, he didn't have much to do except keep score. Kept his concentration well.
Jack M: A good performance in defence. A lot of good clearances.
Lewis: Another great performance in defence throughout the game. MOTM
Max (added by Steve): Lots of energy. Determined in defence and skilful in attack. First ever hat trick!
Callum: A brilliant performance from the first-time captain, rounded off with a goal.
Ollie P: A fantastic performance. Good passing and shooting. Got a hat-trick of hat-tricks (3 hat-tricks in 3 games)!
Jureme: Another good performance. Two more goals and made chances for rest of the team.
Jack B: Good perfomance. Grabbed a late goal after coming back on as a striker.
What a great game!
" The ball's too light." said Jureme about the game.
